The idea of establishing an Institute for training the operation and maintenance of drones comes from the vision and endeavor of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates, to encourage the development of the drone industry for the benefit of humanity and the public and private interest. To have a positive impact on society to serve humanity and find solutions to social needs.

Preperation

Preparing specialists in the field of operation and maintenance of unmanned aircraft at various levels, a high-level scientific and practical preparation that qualifies them in all fields of science of operation and maintenance of unmanned aircraft in order to raise the level of production efficiency of institutions and companies in the various sectors, public, private and joint in the field of operation and maintenance of unmanned aircraft. This is done through specialized study for a period of 6 months and practical training for 6 months, and it will be under the supervision of the security sectors within the country.

Partnership

Establishing scientific, educational and cultural relations and contributing to their development with universities, institutions, institutes, higher schools and organizations related to specialization in the United Arab Emirates and Arab and foreign countries, exchanging experiences, professors, students and various educational means and cooperating with them to serve the various areas of the Institute’s activities.

Qualification

Qualification of licensees in various specializations in the field of operation and maintenance of unmanned aircraft through a diploma of qualification and specialization in the field of operation and maintenance of unmanned aircraft, and the issuance of accredited international certificates and licenses to the affiliate qualifying him to work in the public or private sector.

Creation of professional productive, service and social work units that serve the scientific and educational purposes of the Institute and contribute to the preparation of technical and professional cadres capable of participating in the development of the activities of production and service institutions.

is to graduate specialized cadres at the regional and international levels in the practice of operating and maintaining drones in various sectors in line with the requirements of the labor market and expanding the scope of dissemination of scientific knowledge in the drone industry and contributing to community service.
